We undertake the manufacture, assembly and wiring of a wide range of electronic equipment, bench assemblies, chassis and 19” rack assemblies.

We also undertake the assembly and wiring of control panels for a wide range of applications.

Our expertise in pcb, cables, assembly, wiring and engraving gives us the capability to produce assemblies and panels precisely to the customers’ design.

Listed below is a brief summary of standard tooling:-

  • Standard hand tooling for all types of crimps, from 0.25mm² to 6 mm² crimp size, hydraulic tooling for larger cables from 6mm² to 150 mm².
  • Powered presses for various crimp types (tooling heads sourced when required)
  • IDC presses, both hand held and bench mounted for 3M, Thomas & Betts and others.  Tooling for telecom sockets, and IDC “D” connectors.
  • Heat guns, tyrap guns, torque wrenches, etc.
